Information: A native of Seminole County, H. Alexander Duncan was born and raised in the rural village of Geneva. This rural upbringing, balanced with the great educational system that Seminole County Public Schools provided, were the building blocks to a successful future dedicated to public service. While attending Seminole State College, H. Alexander had the opportunity to take his first job in government as a lead research specialist in Grants Administration.

In 2008, Mr. Duncan was appointed to the board for the Mullet Lake Water Association, where he currently serves as Vice President.

Elected in 2012 to the Seminole Soil & Water Conservation District, Supervisor Duncan has focused on respect and balance for our natural surroundings; further imparting the importance of rural culture coupled with sustainable economic growth in business sectors such as agriculture and ecotourism.
