Allowed watering times:
12:00 midnight to 10:00 am, or 4:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.

Allowed watering days:
Thursday & Sundays = Even numbered and no numbered addresses.
Wednesday & Saturday = Odd numbered addresses.

The assault on water resources during the building boom was still rippling through the community in the form of decreased water levels, and the district was looking for something its officials called "alternative water resources." As if there were hidden stashes of water that nobody yet had found.

The St. Johns saw its mission as finding enough water to supply any number of people who want to move here.By contrast, folks already living here were told they couldn't water their lawns more than twice a week. (READ MORE)
