Recycled Paper

Production of recycled paper uses only half of the water and 3/4 of the energy than new paper.
Every ton of recycled paper saves almost 400 gallons of oil, three cubic yards of landfill space and seventeen trees.

Allowed watering times:
12:00 midnight to 10:00 am, or 4:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.

Allowed watering days:
Thursday & Sundays = Even numbered and no numbered addresses.
Wednesday & Saturday = Odd numbered addresses.

SSWCD Meeting Thursday September 27, 2012
Attendees:Judith Benson, David Torres, Kiara Ashanti
The meeting was called to order at 5:46 PM by Vice ChairJudith Benson.
Kiara reported that the bank balance was $2800, storage was paid since the last meeting, he also spoke
with Chuck the webmaster of but did not retain his telephone number. Kiara will
locate Chuck’s phone number.
Kiara also stated that he was in the process of beginning an emergency preparedness video and can find
additional information on his website “HowDoISurvive.Net” Kiara was interested in seeing if the
SSWCD would be interested in adding information or being included in some degree within the video.
Torres and Benson agreed this may be beneficial. Benson suggested that SSWCD may consider focusing
on water scarcity and potable issues during an emergency situation.
Torres had no new discussion items.
Benson had no new discussion items.
Meeting was called by Benson and adjourned at 6:12 PM
